Introducing AI Explain, Custom Attachment Names, Fresh Installations UI

TABLE OF CONTENT
Data moves best when you barely notice it. ERP Bridge’s job is to stay out of your way, shuttling records between systems while you focus on customers, invoices, or your next big idea. Each month we comb through support tickets, analytics, and community feedback looking for the tiny moments that interrupt that flow. June’s release delivers three upgrades that remove some of the most common speed bumps—so you can spend less time deciphering errors, hunting for files, or wondering which tab you’re on.
Whether you manage a single integration or hundreds, these improvements surface answers faster, clear up clutter, and give you back precious minutes every day.
AI Explain — Errors in plain English
Meet AI Explain, your personal interpreter for integration hiccups. The next time a cryptic message pops up in your run log, click Explain with AI. In seconds, ERP Bridge rewrites the code into everyday language, pinpoints the most probable cause, and proposes a step‑by‑step fix. (Currently limited to HubSpot API errors.).
What you’ll see:
-
A concise description of what the error actually means
-
A quick note on why it likely happened given your configuration
-
A suggested remedy you can apply right away—often without leaving the page
This small touch keeps both technical and non‑technical teammates moving at full speed.
Custom Attachment Names — Call files what you want
Generic filenames like "quote-1683.pdf" make audits painful and drag on search results. With Custom Attachment Names you can designate any database field as the filename. Set the rule once in Database Mapping and every new attachment inherits a meaningful name that tells its story at a glance.
Meaningful names reduce confusion, speed up troubleshooting, and make downstream automations like approvals or archiving far easier to build.
Fresh Installations UI — Navigate at a glance
Great design keeps you oriented without shouting for attention. We rebuilt the top section of the Installations view with crisp icons, tighter spacing, and an accent color that tracks the active tab. The result is a calmer layout that surfaces the controls you need while freeing up vertical space for the information that matters.
These updates are rolling out now. If you have feedback—or ideas for what we should polish next—drop us a note.
